DAVAO CITY — Kadayawan Festival Weekend became even more exciting as LYVEFEST Davao 2026 brought music, creators, food, lifestyle, and festival fun together at Davao Global Township (DGT) in Matina.

Presented by Spectrum Entertainment in partnership with TikTok LIVE, the two-day celebration gave Dabawenyos and visitors another reason to go out, have fun, discover new experiences, and enjoy the festive spirit of Davao.

The festival featured an exciting mix of live performances on August 14, followed by a high-energy lineup of DJs and performers on August 15. Artists and acts including Cookies, Midnasty, Delinquent Society, No Pets Allowed, Mistah Lefty, Chuya, Just Raw, Aria, WOBLSGVNG, and Bakeshop Boyz took the stage on Day 1.

Keeping the energy going on Day 2 were Ace Ramos, DJ Young, Miko Lim, Sam Rodriguez, and Julian Rodriguez, bringing beats that got the crowd moving and enjoying the night.

But LYVEFEST was more than just music.

With food, lifestyle experiences, creator culture, and interactive activities, the festival created a fun space where friends could hang out, music lovers could enjoy live entertainment, and fans could connect with creators they usually follow online.

The Creators Meet was another exciting part of the experience, bringing the digital community closer and adding a distinctly modern touch to the Kadayawan celebration. Among the creators who joined the celebration were Ryniel Pineda, Al Moralde, Dianne Luceñara of Davao Food Guide, Karel Kat Lopez, Jewel Padilla, Macy Khloe, Jelli Llorente, Aira Mejorada, Cess Dagpin, Nic Zaballero, Essachar, Jade of Davao Nomad, and Bogart the Explorer.

And perhaps one of the biggest reasons for the crowd to celebrate: admission was free, making the festival accessible to more Dabawenyos and visitors.

What made LYVEFEST even more impressive was the turnout. Despite the many events happening simultaneously across Davao City during the Kadayawan season, nearly 20,000 festivalgoers still came together at Davao Global Township to enjoy the music, party with friends, and experience the vibrant LYVEFEST atmosphere.

The massive crowd reflected just how alive Davao was during this year’s Kadayawan Festival. Celebrated as one of the best cultural festivals in the Philippines, Kadayawan once again brought people together through culture, entertainment, food, music, and celebration.

With events happening all around the city, Davao proved that there was more than enough energy and enthusiasm to go around. LYVEFEST became another destination where people could celebrate, make memories, and enjoy the festive spirit that made this year’s Kadayawan one of the most attended and liveliest celebrations yet.

For two days, Davao Global Township became a place for good music, happy moments, new connections, and unforgettable memories.
