A New All-Day Dining Destination by Chef Jeramie Go — Bringing Davao to the World at Hotel101’s Newest Kitchen Concept
DAVAO CITY, Philippines — Hotel101-Davao launched HBNB Kitchen by Pilgrim Group, an all-day dining concept that pairs Hotel101’s signature Filipino hospitality with the culinary team behind some of Davao’s most talked-about restaurants.
The name HBNB carries a milestone. It is the ticker under which Hotel101 trades on the Nasdaq, marking a historic first: Hotel101 is the first Filipino-owned company listed and traded on the Nasdaq stock exchange. Every HBNB Kitchen carries that milestone forward, one city at a time.
In every city, Hotel101 partners with a local name who already knows the city’s culinary landscape, so that each HBNB Kitchen feels unmistakably local wherever it is. In Davao, that name is the Pilgrim Group, and Hotel101 honors that partnership by bringing Pilgrim Group into the name of the restaurant itself.
Led by Chef Jeramie Go, Pilgrim Group has built three of Davao’s most talked-about restaurants (Pilgrim, Grateful Bread, and Bairrada Churrasqueira) and has helped put Davao on the map as a culinary destination.
“Hotel101-Davao is fortunate to have Chef Jeramie Go and his team bring that same craft and bold flavor to HBNB Kitchen,” said Charley Magabo, General Manager of Hotel101 Group. “We can’t wait for Davao to taste what this partnership brings to the table.”

An All-Day Dining Concept
HBNB Kitchen by Pilgrim Group is a contemporary, chef-driven all-day dining restaurant bringing Pilgrim’s warmth, creativity, and ingredient-driven approach into an urban hotel setting. The restaurant will be able to seat up to 250 guests at a time, perfect for family gatherings, celebrations, and everything in between.
Every day, the HBNB Kitchen buffet is a delightful surprise. The spread draws inspiration from around the world: sometimes Mediterranean, sometimes East Asian, but always Filipino at its heart. It’s complemented by a salad station, plus Chef Go’s homemade pickles and relishes for a bright, tangy finish to every plate. Save room for dessert, as they have kakanin and other indulgent treats to satisfy sweet cravings. Come weekday dinners, enjoy the à la carte menu, where Chef Go gives familiar Filipino flavors his signature twist, with influences from around the world inspiring every dish.
“We’re excited to bring Pilgrim’s philosophy to life at HBNB Kitchen,” said Jeramie Go, Chef and Owner of Pilgrim Group. “Guests can expect familiar favorites and Filipino classics, brought together with the bold flavors of the Mediterranean, Europe, and the Middle East.”
Two dishes remain constant across every HBNB Kitchen, in every city: Adobo and Arroz Caldo, the concept’s signature through-line across all Hotel101 properties.
