It’s now official — the 74th Miss Universe pageant will proceed as scheduled from November 2 to 21, 2025, in Thailand.
The confirmation was made through Papa Nawat’s official Facebook Page and a formal statement from the Miss Grand International Public Company Limited (MGI), the organizing body of this year’s Miss Universe competition.
This announcement follows earlier uncertainty surrounding the event after the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother of Thailand. The Thai government had declared a one-year mourning period, which led to questions about whether the international pageant would be postponed.
MGI has now clarified that the event will continue as planned, while ensuring adjustments are made in respect of the national observance.
