NABUNTURAN, DAVAO DE ORO โ€” Governor Raul Mabanglo delivered his 100-Day Progress Report to the public today, outlining the key achievements of his administration in his first three months in office. Amid various challenges, the governor emphasized that his leadership remains rooted in inclusive development and public service for all.

โ€ŽCentral to his report is the administrationโ€™s flagship program: “Kapitolyong maduolan sa tanan… serbisyong walay pili-pili.โ€ True to this vision, Governor Mabanglo spearheaded the establishment of Maduolan Centers and Help Desks, strategically located in the Provincial Capitol and in areas such as Maco, Mabini, Pantukan, as well as in DDOPH Montevista and DDOPH Pantukan. These serve as one-stop service hubs, improving accessibility to government services across the province.

โ€Ž

โ€ŽMabanglo also addressed long-standing issues; focusing on the rehabilitation of four provincial hospitals, increased support for farmers, tourism and investments, education, peace and order programs, providing  livelihood opportunities, and assistance to other sectors.

โ€ŽAmong the notable infrastructure achievements in his first 100 days are the rehabilitation of vital road networks, the Cabuyuan-Luhod-Mascareg Road in Mabini, Sangab-Limbo Road in Maco, and the Naboc-Pilar-Tamia Road section in Compostela, all aimed at improving mobility, boosting the local economy, and access to basic services for residents in these remote and previously underserved communities.

โ€Ž

โ€ŽFulfilling another campaign commitment, Mabanglo has also began the establishment of Sub-Engineering Offices in Brgy. Panibasan in Maco, Brgy. Kapatagan, Laak, and Barangay Kingking in Pantukan. These satellite offices will be equipped with machinery and tools essential for road maintenance and rapid disaster response, especially in geographically isolated barangays.

โ€Žโ€œMga kaigsuonan, daghan na kitang nasugdan sa unang usa ka gatos ka adlaw, apan, kini pa lang ang sinugdanan. Sa musunod nga mga adlaw hangtod sa katapusan sa akong termino sa grasya sa Ginoo, akong ipadayon ug humanon ang mga nasugdan nga proyekto alang sa kalamboan sa probinsya ug kaayohan sa katawhan,โ€ Mabanglo said during his address.

โ€Ž

โ€ŽHe also expressed gratitude to Congresswoman Maricar Zamora-Mabanglo and Congressman Jhong Ceniza for their unwavering support, as well as to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan headed by the Vice Governor, local chief executives, national government agencies, and private stakeholders whose collaboration played a crucial role in the success of his administrationโ€™s initial programs.

โ€ŽThe governor concluded by reaffirming his commitment to building a path of sustained development through collective effort and community empowerment in Davao de Oro. (Rheafe Hortizano)
