DAVAO CITY – M&D Medical Spa formally launched the search for Mr. and Ms. M&D Medical Spa 2025: Celestial Ambassador and Ambassadress of Divine Beauty through a Media Day held on August 29, 2025, at M&D Resto Bar at Casa, Roxas Avenue, Davao City.

Founded by Dr. Mercy Villabroza Gogolka Phd, RN and her husband David, M&D Medical Spa traces its beginnings to the Middle East, where Dr. Villabroza honed her expertise in medicine and aesthetics. Inspired by her global experience, the couple established M&D in Davao City as a center where confidence, wellness, and empowerment meet through professional aesthetic care.

The Media Day gathered beauty advocates, wellness practitioners, fashion figures, and media partners. On the panel with Dr. Villabroza were Mary Grace Daganio (Pageant Organizer, Star Elite Models Academy), Alfa Malacura Cabonilas(Avi Glow Marketing and Promotion), and Ms. Florian Lim (RDL Pharmaceutical Lab., Inc. and D’Leonor). 

Hosted by Christopher Rivera, a seasoned host known for his versatility in handling both corporate and lifestyle events.

Special guests from the fashion and entertainment industry also lent their support, including Pau Garcia (Icon Elites Artist Management), Erique Mendoza (PAC Entertainment Productions), and Santiago Flo Jr. (E.F. Connoisseurs).

Content creators and influencers such as Christian Carlo Rea, Sedrick Pawi, and Benjie Maslog (Inday Tarak Tarak) also joined along with representatives from the Miss Philippines Earth 2024 Committee—Boyet Lazaro, Korn Abello, and Glen Villanueva Pura.

The event likewise featured M&D’s own ambassador, Niel Almendras, and welcomed esteemed members of the media, including Ms. Normalyn Maguilan and Gibheart Maing (Brigada News FM Davao), Mariz Posada (RN Balita), Mon Pillatura, Frederick Divino, Jaki Marquez (Viva Center Davao / Halo Halo Radio), Eric Diao ( Net Radio) and Bing Negroza(BNAC).

More than a competition, Mr. and Ms. M&D Medical Spa 2025 seeks to celebrate individuals who embody true beauty, confidence, and wellness, serving as advocates of self-care and empowerment.

The winners will earn the prestigious titles of Celestial Ambassador and Ambassadress of Divine Beauty, along with:

Call for Aspiring Celestial Ambassadors

M&D Medical Spa has officially opened online registration for aspiring candidates. The search is open to men and women aged 18 to 27 years old, with a minimum height requirement of 5’2” for women and 5’5” for men.
