Former First District Representative Karlo Nograles has surpassed former President Rody Duterte in the Social Pulse Philippines Davao City mayoralty race, according to a survey posted on Wednesday, March 5.
The survey, conducted from February 11 to 27, showed a contrasting result to the University of Mindanao (UM) IPO’s recent survey, revealing Nograles’ lead over Duterte with 43%.
The returning mayor gained 38%, while evangelist Bishop Rod Cubos had 15%. Tan and Julaine both recorded identical results of 2%.
The survey was conducted using face-to-face interviews with a total of 2,000 registered voters aged 18 and above.
