Davao City mayoralty aspirant Atty. Karlo Nograles aims to launch an emergency hotline that will directly address the immediate concerns of Davaoeños, such as erring police officers, broken water lines, and bumpy roads, among others.

Dubbed “Isumbong Mo Kay Karlo,” the hotline seeks to provide fast and effective solutions to the everyday problems faced by city residents. According to Nograles, this initiative is part of his commitment to ensuring a more responsive and people-centered governance.

“Davaoeños deserve a city where their concerns are heard and resolved immediately. Through this hotline, we want to empower them by giving them a direct line to report problems and get quick action,” Nograles said.

The hotline will serve as a centralized complaint and response mechanism, allowing residents to report various issues, from public safety concerns to infrastructure problems. Nograles envisions a dedicated team working round the clock to ensure prompt coordination with the appropriate government agencies for swift action.

As the 2025 local elections draw near, Nograles continues to outline his plans for Davao City, with “Isumbong Mo Kay Karlo” being one of his flagship proposals. He believes that strengthening direct communication between the government and the people will lead to a more efficient and proactive city administration.

Davaoeños are encouraged to stay tuned for further details on the launch of the hotline, which Nograles hopes will become a vital tool in making the city a better and safer place for all.
