DAVAO CITY – Hundreds of residents in AR Village, Talomo have signed up as volunteers for the mayoralty bid of Atty. Karlo Nograles on February 19, showing strong support for his campaign ahead of the May 12 elections.

Nograles expressed his deep gratitude for the overwhelming backing from the community, vowing to work even harder if given the mandate to lead the city.

In his speech, Nograles laid out key initiatives he plans to implement if elected, including a commitment to triple the coverage of the Lingap sa Mahirap program, ensuring more underprivileged residents receive medical and financial assistance.

He also pledged to streamline the processing of business permits, cutting bureaucratic delays to encourage entrepreneurship. Additionally, he promised to provide interest-free loans for small traders, helping boost local businesses and economic growth.

With growing grassroots support, Nograles’ mayoral campaign continues to gain momentum as he presents his vision for a more progressive and inclusive Davao City.
